    Ed,

    The cog drive part #s are as follows. (warning - they're not cheap)
    They will provide a .75 to 1 drive ratio

    Dodge TL24H100 1610 Timing Belt Pulley
    Dodge 1610x7/8KW Bushing
    Dodge TL32H100 2517 Timing Belt Pulley
    Dodge 2517x3/4KW Taperlock Bushing

    This was a great upgrade for me. Can mow in D1 at fast enough speed now. Previously family members through this E-15 was too slow to use to cut grass.

    D2 is too fast for a smooth cut. Thanks for posting pictures and part numbers.

    One minor problem, I seem to have some noise from the smaller pulley/bushing on the motor. It goes away with use. if I turn by hand it I can here it sometimes, not always. I thought the smaller pulley was loose, but it is not.

    Suggestions?

    My synchronous belt sometimes sounds like rubbing two balloons together. Kinda squeaky. Seems worse on cold days but its always present. You might check to make sure the bushing has tightened down "square" on the pulley.
