help needed in wisconsin

I have an E15 and an E20. Both in good shape with brand new batteries. Both need to be gone over electriclly. One appears to have a bad charger and I wanted to replace with an automatic "quick charger" from Quick Charge company. 36v 25amp built in that dropps right in the compartment. the other may have a bad transmission.
Does anyone know anyone here in Milwaukee or the surronding areas that works on these. They are both worth the investment.
let me know what you know.
Thanks

I am in Hales Corner/Milwaukee area.

Re: help needed in wisconsin

Replacing the charger is fine to do. Some guys choose to keep the charger outside of the tractor and they hook it in using the accessory plug (the small round one behind the PTO socket).

The transaxle is a peerless, and any shop that works on Peerless transaxles should be able to fix it. Peerless was owned by Tecumseh. Hope this helps a little.

Re: help needed in wisconsin

That does confirm what I was thinking, but I am still looking for some one that specilizes in these to actually look at mine. I heard there was a local guy in Waukesha WI. but I can't find him. Finding someone to look at these is like looking for the wizard behind the curtain.

If you know someone who is good with electronics, if you print the homeowner's service manual out, they should be able to trouble shoot any electronic issue.... For what it's worth.
