ET gets home?

If you had the opportunity to design a "home" for an ET, what features would you include? Probably there would be differences in a colder climate as opposed to a warmer climate. How would you deal with a resonable amount of attachments? (Things like plows, snowthrowers, and mower decks seem to take up a lot of floor space, but how else can you store such heavy items?) What features would be nice to have but not really necessary?
